What makes FTUK different from other prop firms?

FTUK is different from most industry-leading firms due to having the option to opt for instant funding or the 1-Phase evaluation process with low-risk or aggressive account types.

Compared to other prop firms FTUK have small leverages of 10:1 for low-risk programs and 30:1 for aggressive instant funding and 1-phase evaluation accounts. A significant difference from other firms is that they can choose from instant funding and 1-Phase Evaluation programs to get funded.

Another major difference is that you are allowed to hold trades overnight, during the weekends, and high-impact news releases, while EAs are also allowed.

In conclusion, FTUK offers instant funding and a 1-phase evaluation process with low-risk or aggressive account types. Still, it would be best to consider the stop-out limits for low-risk account types, which you cannot surpass. Is getting FTUK capital realistic?

It’s essential to see how realistic the trading requirements are when looking at prop firms that best suit your forex trading style. For example, a company offering a high-profit split on a highly funded account sounds great, but if they expect high gains per month with low maximum drawdowns, your chances of success become close to zero.

After considering all of that, FTUK is an excellent choice to get funded with. This is because you choose to go with instant funding or 1-phase evaluation process account types.

The only rule you need to focus on is the Maximum absolute drawdown of 5%, which you cannot surpass, and for low-risk account types, the maximum stop loss required for every open position of 1.5%.

You are allowed to trade overnight, during weekends, and during high-impact news releases, while also using EA’s, which is excellent for every trader looking to scale up his account up to £2,240,000.
